This six-week training builds upon everything taught in the Tantra Immersion 4-Week Course and expands into relational embodiment, advanced practice, and partnered exploration.
In addition to all foundational Immersion teachings, this training includes advanced meditative practices, Nonviolent Communication, Lingam anatomy, 11 orgasmic pathways for Lingam owners, and Lingam massage.
You will explore embodiment in partnership, deepen your communication skills, and learn how to bring Tantric principles into real-life intimacy and connection.
The training includes one live one-hour session each week, supported by intentional homeplay and guided reading to deepen integration between sessions.
The course includes a comprehensive guidebook and a certificate of completion for the Tantra Embodiment Training from Holistic Tantra.

Tantrika Training Course- 4 weeks
This is not a surface-level introduction.
This is a full immersion into the path of the Tantrika.
Designed for women who are ready to walk the path with depth, devotion, and embodied knowledge, this course invites you into a profound exploration of your body, nervous system, pleasure, and consciousness.
You will gain grounded, practical wisdom in Tantric meditation, polyvagal theory, and breathwork — while awakening a deeper understanding of Yoni anatomy, 14+ orgasmic pathways for Yoni owners, four nerve pathways, four forms of pleasure, healing through pleasure, tantric edging practices, Yoni massage, Kama Sutra for Yoni pleasure, Yoni yoga, and the principle of pleasure as medicine.

Students may choose between the 4-Week Tantra Immersion or the 6-Week Embodiment Intensive, each culminating in a Certificate of Completion through Holistic Tantra.
